No, it reclines only with power.

This chair does NOT swivel. The footrest is controlled and closed by power.

Can I use the built-in USB to charge my MacBook?

Very nice

I bought 2 of these recliners and was so happy when I got them out of the box and put together. They assemble easily. They look nice. They are comfortable. The USB wouldn’t charge. I contacted the seller. They were quick to respond and are taking care of the problem.

I love this recliner, I am short, 5’3 and my feet still touch the floor. Supports your back and doesn’t push your head forward. Very stylish also and the faux leather looks real and is very soft to touch. The only problem is I never want to get out of it!🤣
