How do I join CHITA Member Program?

If you have a CHITA account, you are already in! If not, you can create an account and Join our REWARDS program here.
How do I know how many points I have?

Your points can be viewed on your Account Page or on our Rewards Page. If you are eligible to redeem your points for a reward this will be available to view at checkout.
I can’t see the points from my recent purchase in my account. Where are they?

Your points will be available in your account 10 days after you’ve made a purchase. Please note, you will not be eligible to receive points for any items that have been returned within 30 days of purchase.
Do my previous orders count for points?

CHITA Member points aren’t available to be claimed from orders prior to the launch of the rewards program. However, your tier status will factor in your annual spend.
What are the perks?

Is there a minimum spend for using my rewards?
+
Different reward tiers come with their own minimum spend requirements. You can apply your points toward the subtotal once your order meets the required spend threshold for that specific redemption level.
In order to redeem a free product you do need to purchase at least one product.
How do I earn points?

You earn points each time you shop with us! You’ll earn 1 point for every 10 dollars you spend, plus bonus points on your birthday. You can also earn points by leaving a review after your purchase or sharing CHITA on social media. As you move through the tiers, you’ll unlock additional benefits.
Can I return orders I use CHITA Member Program exclusive promotions on?

What if l have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?

Do points ever expire?

Your points are valid for 1 year from the date you earned them.
