Buying a couch online is hard, but we are very happy with this purchase. The couch is very comfortable and has good features for the money. Chita customer service/delivery was also very good.

Purchased this gray recliner back in December 2023. Shipping was quick and so was assembly. The chair is very comfortable and I use it daily to watch my 77-inch OLED TV. I like it so much, I'm purchasing a 2nd one for anothr house I have.

This couch is worth the money! I got the Ohana 2 Seat Sofa. To be fully transparent, I didn’t pay for the sofa to be delivered and assembled in hopes of saving money. It is so worth it! The recliners work perfectly and I love that each person can choose how reclined they want their section to be. The hydraulics on the recliner are really nice and work smoothly! There is a cord that goes from the couch to the wall for the recliner to work so make sure you have an outlet nearby. We also really enjoy the charging outlets in the sofa which is so useful! Overall, the pillow and cushions are very comfortable. The back adjust to different angles and heights which doesn’t seem like much but it helps with viewing the tv or reading at different reclining angles. Very happy with my purchase!!

This is one of the best couches for the cost I have ever owned. I love the color, the durability and most of all the feel. I have to catch myself from falling asleep if I sit for to long.

This is the prettiest sofa I have ever seen! It's so gorgeous and glamorous. It definitely has that mid-century feel to it. The fabric is really beautiful, soft and comfortable (also very easy to remove stains from). It's also very comfortable to sit and lay on for long periods of time. It's pretty deep as well. We went from a sectional to this and the matching Jolie chairs (which are amazing, by the way!) and I love how stylish it looks. All pieces are comfortable and I can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten it. Shipping was also fairly quick and the sofa was packaged well. It took just a few minutes to set up. I'm so happy with my Chita Living pieces! Highly recommend!

We have had our couch a couple weeks now and are really enjoying it. It’s very cozy and the material is really comfortable. We have all already taken several naps on it. I was surprised how big it was and our family of four can all fit on it with tons of extra room. We purchased an additional ottoman and love the extra seating it provides. I was nervous ordering something online but i am very satisfied with our purchase and so happy we chose this one! 🤎 I was also very pleased with their shipping and how great the communication was in setting up a day and time.

WOW! We just received our new chair and ottoman in Saddle Brown. It arrived well packaged in two boxes with assembly instructions (which you really didn’t need to read). The chair needed to have the headrest attached (just pops in like a car head rest) and the black metal swivel base attached with four bolts with wrench include. The ottoman only needed the black metal base attached with 4 Allen screws (Allen wrench included). A few noteworthy things: the base of the chair doesn’t have an adjustable height - which is fine. The swivel is quality in that it swivels back to its forward position when you swivel the chair to the side and get up. The mechanism to recline is a manual lever that works smoothly and easily. The headrest lifts up and adjusts height very easily. A very tall person and a shorter woman seem to be fine with the same lower height. The black metal bases on both chair and ottoman are HEAVY, you feel secure and not tippy in the chair. On the other hand it takes some effort to move the entire chair and/or ottoman. We always buy leather furniture and are used to high quality top grain leather and this chair stands up to that standard. The walnut wood sides and base has a handsome grain and is well made as well. Highly recommend and Happily surprised to find this gem at a reasonable price.

UPDATE: After a couple of days, we are noticing a strong chemical smell on the chair. The smell is stronger near the headrest - may be from the foam somehow. We hope it dissipates soon. We’re a bit worried….

UPDATE: After several days, the chemical odor from the inner foam which leaks out from the headrest holes is dissipating. Time will continue to improve the problem.

This recliner/ottoman combo is so cool, comfortable & stylin, I don't know how I lived with the old combo for so long. The buyer should be aware, however, that their order will arrive in TWO boxes that may not arrive on the same day. Which meant I had the chair & ottoman for several days but no stand/legs for either. A small inconvenience for a transformative addition to the living room!

We love our chita sofa! Super comfy with deep seating. The end with ottoman chaise is large enough for two people two people to lay in. I was nervous purchasing without trying it but don't regret it one bit.
