CHITA LIVING 1-year Warranty Policy

At CHITA LIVING, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if there are any issues with your product.

 

1-year Warranty Coverage:

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of any product directly from CHITA LIVING through our official website (www.chitaliving.com) or authorized retailers. Proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility.

This warranty excludes all Clearance Items (marked Clearance in our site).

 

Duration of Warranty:

Each CHITA LIVING product carries a one-year limited warranty unless otherwise specified. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase and lasts for one year thereafter ("Warranty Period").

If any item is repaired or replaced under this Warranty, it will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

 

Covered:

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship found under normal use during the Warranty Period, adhering to given instructions.

Defects are defined as issues that compromise the functionality and structural integrity of our products including but not limited to:

    Broken components or hardware.

    Obvious stains.

    Functional defective

    Significant misalignment affecting usage.

    Unintended tears or splits in fabrics or leathers not caused by misuse.

However, due to the nature of natural materials such as wood and leather, variations such as irregular distressing, sporadic oxidations, color fluctuations are inherent characteristics of these materials. These features enhance their unique beauty without impacting performance; therefore they are not considered quality defects under this warranty.

 

Upon confirming a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, we will:

    Repair the defective part/product using new or refurbished parts;

    Replace the defective part/product with either a new or refurbished equivalent;

    Provide a partial refund based on assessment outcome at our discretion.

 

Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Damages resulting from neglect, accidental or intentional acts, and exposure to extreme or abnormal conditions, including but not limited to heat, cold, dryness, moisture, sunlight or humidity.

Damage from external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions/events beyond reasonable control. Including scratches, burns, water marks or indentations as well as general misuse of our products will void this warranty.

Unauthorized repair or alteration as well as commercial and institutional use.

Minor imperfections that do not significantly impair functionality.

 

To exercise your rights under this warranty:

Contact us at support@chitaliving.com with detailed information about the issue you are facing along with proof of purchase (e.g., order number, transaction details, images/videos of the product issue ), CHITA preserve the right to request images/videos of the product issue to valid the warranty.

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will get back to you within 48 hours and guide you through subsequent steps.
