Love this so much we got one of each. Super comfy and soft . Love the feather pillows! The grey is darker than photos and pulls more on the blue charcoal end , but it’s beautiful. I’d love to see them come out with more colors in this style!

Was super easy to assemble and arrived in perfect condition. Really nice sturdy and looks great. The fabric texture is nice too and it’s surprisingly comfy for a modular sofa. Super fun color great for a reading cozy corner or kids playroom!

I had reservations about buying a sofa online. I like to be able to sit on my furniture and try it first, but rest assured this sofa is super comfortable. I also really like how modular it is. We got the U-shaped sofa, and I took out one of the seats and on of the ottomans and put it to the side to create a reading nook/ reading chair. I'm still considering getting another seat and 3rd ottoman to have the couch run along our back wall. There are so many ways to arrange it and you can purchase different pieces to add on, which I really like. It looks clean and sleek (a big upgrade from the 30 year old sleeper sofa we were rocking before). The ottomans also have ample storage space and are well built. I am very happy with it so far :)

Purchasing a sofa you've never got to sit on is a bit nerve racking. Thankfully, these swtaches were enough to ease our mind on the softness, and pet friendly aspect of things. Incredibly soft, and after giving 2 cats a few pets with the swatch, there was minimal fur!

Got the couch within a week and it was pretty easy to put together, took about 45 min! I love how firm it is and the color is gorgeous

I love how comfortable and stylish this sofa is. It also cleans well so it's OK that it's so light. The problem is it pills like crazy. My sofa is less than 5 months old and I have to shave it regularly or it has little balls all over it that make it look dirty and cheap. This does not happen on the arms or the back, just the seat cushions.

I wanted to upgrade from a tiny loveseat for my small living room, and I also needed something I'd be able to get up a set of stairs and through some tight corners. With this coming in three separate boxes, I was able to get everything in by myself. Getting it in the door and unpacking it was the hardest part -- assembly was super easy and straightforward. Since I have dogs, I'm keeping the cushions protected with a blanket (they like to scratch and "make their beds"), but I've been able to brush dog hair off the fabric pretty easily. I also love that it's modular, because it makes it easier to move around when cleaning floors. It's definitely way more comfortable than my old loveseat, and I'm really happy with it so far!

Upon arrival and unboxing, we were so happy to see the color was just as stunning in person as it looks online. This was so easy to assemble but not in a way where it felt like you weren’t getting a quality couch. It feels like you are sitting on down alternative pillows. It reclines so far back, and the reclining seats are so spacious. Wish I would’ve had this when I had surgery. We also have kids and they have gotten pizza sauce, soy sauce and many other things on it and the clean up has been so easy. We are about to redo our dining room and because of the clean up being so easy, I’m after their dining chairs! I’d buy this over and over!

We had a couch with two recliners on the ends. We needed a new chair and we were referred by someone to your site. Took sometime to commit to a purchase of furniture online. Without testing it’s comfort and such. I’m vertically challenged and want to ensure my feet touch the ground, which with most furniture it doesn’t. I also don’t like the enlarged cushions on the back of my neck that most furniture has. When it arrived it was so simple to assemble and fits perfectly for me. We love it so much we are considering ordering a second one and getting rid of the couch.

My wife and I purchased 2 sets of these stools and are very happy we did. I’ve never heard of Chita before now but thought we’d give it a chance and so far are very satisfied with our purchase. The stools are stiff on first sit, but I bounced up and down a couple of times and they loosened up right away. They are comfortable and have a great aesthetic. I love the rivets as it makes them feel a bit nicer than a plain backed chair. My wife also loves the 360 degree swivel.

Pretty happy with the quality of this couch, it looks just like in the pictures but probably larger than I expected. I actually slept on it one time and I fit comfortably (I'm 5ft5).

Not too soft, not too firm, I would say probably medium firm. If you're familiar with the FRIHETEN Sleeper sectional from Ikea I would say it's about the same or slightly firmer than that one.

I wanted more pillows so I bought some boucle pillow covers (you can find them online, most sellers carry them) and pillow inserts and they match the sofa pretty well.

I was hesitating between white glove delivery and room of choice and went with room of choice in the end. It was a good idea because it's a huge box so it would have been difficult to bring it to my apartment from the lobby. That being said, white glove is probably not needed if you have someone to help you open the box and unwrap it (it comes very well packaged). Assembly is super easy, you just screw in the legs by hand.

It did have a bit of "new" smell when I first got it but it's gone now (less than 2 months since I got it).

Customer Support was very nice and responsive too (I contacted them with some questions).

I also got the Jolie Performance Boucle Swivel Accent Chair which goes very well with the sofa. Pretty happy with that one too, it looks very nice and it's comfortable but larger than it looks in the pictures.
