What We Match

1. Price drops on chitaliving.com
If an item you bought from chitaliving.com goes on sale within 60 days of your purchase, we’ll refund you the difference.

*For pre-sale or pre-order items, the 60-day window begins on the day your order is delivered.

2. Lower prices on other CHITA authorized retailers
If you find the same Chita product - same model, color, and configuration being sold for less on an authorized retailer (like Amazon) within 60 days, we’ll match the price by refunding the difference.

What’s Not Eligible

We’re all about fairness, but there are a few exceptions. We can’t match:

  • Prices from unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplace vendors (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace), or auction sites (e.g., eBay).
  • Prices involving bundled offers, BOGO deals, free gifts, or membership-only discounts.
  • Coupon codes, referral discounts, or loyalty program prices.
  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or special edition items.

You can submit a price match request within 60 days of your purchase.

    Option 1: Start a Live Chat within 60 days of your order. Select “Request Discount or Price Match” in the chat window.

    Option 2: Email to support@chitaliving.com

  • Step 2. Share your proof

    Whether you're chatting or emailing, please include:

    • Your name, email and order ID
    • Link to the lower-priced item or screenshot showing the price (if available)

  • Step 3. Verify & Refund

    We’ll verify within 1-3 business days and refund the difference to your original payment method once approved.

Additional Terms & Conditions

To keep things fair for everyone, please review the following important terms before submitting a Price Match request:

  • Only purchases made directly from chitaliving.com are eligible.
  • The price match must be requested within 60 calendar days of the original order date.
  • Price match refunds are issued once per item per order - no repeated adjustments.
  • The lower-priced item must be identical in brand, model, color, size, and configuration.
  • For pre-sale or pre-order items, the 30-day period begins on the delivery date, based on tracking confirmation - not the order date.

What qualifies for a price match?

We’ll match the price if:

  • chitaliving.com
  • exact same item (same brand, model, color, and configuration) is available for less on our site or an authorized channel like Amazon
  • within 60 days of your order date
  • in stock at the lower price when you make your request

Can I request a price match for an item I haven’t purchased yet?

No. Our Price Match Guarantee only applies to items that have already been purchased on chitaliving.com.

Will you match prices from other retailers or third-party sellers?

We only match prices from authorized Chita Living retailers, such as Amazon. We do not match prices from:

  • Third-party sellers (e.g., on Amazon Marketplace or Walmart Marketplace)
  • Auction sites like eBay
  • Membership-only stores
  • Unauthorized resellers

Do you match sale prices or promo codes?

We do not match:

  • Clearance or closeout pricing
  • Bundle offers or "Buy One Get One" deals
  • Member only deals

How will I receive the refund if my price match is approved?

Once your request is approved, we’ll issue a refund for the price difference to your original payment method. It typically takes 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Can I get more than one price adjustment on the same item?
