You can submit a price match request within 60 days of your purchase.

  • Step 2. Share your proof

    Whether you're chatting or emailing, please include:

    • Your name, email and order ID
    • A link or screenshot showing the lower price on CHITALIVING.com

  • Step 3. Verify & Refund

    We’ll verify within 1-3 business days and refund the difference to your original payment method once approved.

How do I request a price match?

Just start a Live Chat on our website within 60 days of your order. Share your order number and a link or screenshot showing the lower price on CHITALIVING.com. Our team will review your request and process the refund if it qualifies.

What qualifies for a price match?

Your purchase is eligible for a Price Match if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item was purchased directly from CHITALIVING.com
  • The identical item (same model, color, size, and configuration) is available at a lower price on CHITALIVING.com
  • The lower price appears within 60 days of your purchase
  • The item is in stock at the time your request is submitted

Can I request a price match for an item I haven’t purchased yet?

No. Our Price Match Guarantee only applies to items that have already been purchased on CHITALIVING.com.

Will you match prices from other retailers or third-party sellers?

No. Our Price Match Policy applies exclusively to items listed on CHITALIVING.com.

We do not match prices from:

  • Third-party marketplaces such as Amazon or Wayfair
  • Auction platforms (e.g., eBay)
  • Membership-based retailers
  • Unauthorized resellers

Do you match sale prices or promo codes?

We do not match:

  • Limited-time events like Black Friday.
  • Clearance or closeout pricing
  • Bundle offers or "Buy One Get One" deals

How will I receive the refund if my price match is approved?

Once your request is approved, we’ll issue a refund for the price difference to your original payment method. It typically takes 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
