"The quality looked great but I had to send my order back because the porch I bought it for is fully open to the elements and I could not find the proper covering for it. There are plenty of covers for the chairs but I could not find any for the ottomans. It really needs to be under an overhang and not in an open space. It would be too much to cover it all the time with the rains we have in the mountains of WNC. CHITTA's customer service is excellent and they were very supportive and kind in allowing me to return it."
