Hesitant to buy any furniture to use to sit in online is risky because you don’t know until you receive it that it’s comfortable. It’s firm, but not stiff. I imagine it will soften over time. Only having it a little over a week is hard to tell about how it endures wear & tear overtime, but it has the feel of a high quality recliner that should last (you’ll hear back if it doesn’t withstand the wear and tear it should). I enjoy the swivel, and it swivels with ease, but I need to see if there’s a way to not have it swivel so much because I find that I’m always straightening it so it looks properly placed. It’s quiet when it rocks and also with the electronic leg lift and recline. If I could have one change it would be to have 1 button to use to recline & a 2nd button to use for the leg raise. I don’t always want to recline as far back as I have to in order to have the leg raise fully extended. Other than that, I’m very pleased.
After looking for the right chair for our nursery for months I finally pulled the plug and ordered this chair! I couldn’t be happier with it. Very smooth recline. Easy to assemble. Love the dove grey color. Happy customer!
