"I ordered 4 counter stools, and all 4 of them were impossible to assemble properly. The backrests were completely misaligned with the screw holes. We tried very hard to fix them, but if you force them, the sponge starts coming out through the holes. For one of the chairs, half of the screw hole was blocked, making it impossible to fit the screw at all. They also seem to be hiding negative reviews.
