"Assembled this in about 30 mins with my husband. Instructions were clear. The solid engineered wood frame is kiln-dried, feels durable. Once assembled, it's very stable. The performance fabric is soft and textured, stain-resistant as described. I spilled a little coffee, blotting with a cloth and water-free stain remover worked perfectly. Seat cushion is fixed, but that's fine. Really happy with this accent chair."

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the loose cushions sometimes shift around a lot when you get up. Maybe they could attach somehow? But overall, very good chair, looks modern, comfortable, and easy to maintain."
