"Loving the power recline plus swivel and rocking features. Prior to this we had a push back recliner. We ordered it in genuine leather and it is nicer than expected. I would have given it a 5 but the foam inside one of the arms came dented. It may have been a packing issue. It is noticeable but only when you are sitting in the chair and comparing both arms. The chair is on the smaller side but it fits our space perfectly."
